Fidelma has 25+ years’ experience leading & scaling international businesses and multi-national teams across Business Operations, GTM, HR, IT. As former Global Operator, based on experience and market insight, Fidelma founded Payslip in 2016 to help multi-national employers automate their global payroll operations. With Payslip, Fidelma disrupted the Global Payroll market and changed the role of technology for global payroll operations. Recognized as Global Payroll Industry leader, she has been awards a range of international Entrepreneurship, FinTech, Innovation & Global Payroll Industry Leader Awards. Fidelma is a regular invited speaker at Industry events and actively supports female entrepreneurship & venture backed technology companies.

Ralitsa Slavova-Dencheva
VP Data Protection & Governance
Ralitsa leads Data Protection and Governance at Payslip, with over 20 years’ experience in international companies. She has spent more than a decade specializing in information security, data protection, and compliance, with expertise in GDPR, ISO27001:2022, ISO27701:2019, and Type 2 SOC1 & SOC2. Ralitsa was instrumental in building Payslip’s Information Security and Data Protection System, helping the company achieve ISO27701:2019 certification in 2021 and maintaining SOC compliance. Rali leads a team of Internal Auditors for these accreditations and ensures company wide best practice. Ralitsa has also taken the ESG brief from early 2026.
