At Payslip, we’re committed to delivering a seamless and intuitive experience for every user, wherever they are in the world. That’s why we’re excited to announce that options for Chinese and Japanese are live across the Payslip platform.
Whether it’s payroll professionals in Tokyo, finance admins in Beijing, or multinational teams coordinating across regions, we know that the familiarity and comfort of their native language plays a critical role in clarity, confidence, and efficiency. Users can select their preferred language directly within the platform itself.
Why localization matters
Global payroll is inherently complex. Teams operate across borders, languages, and time zones, and they need to collaborate with clarity and precision. That’s why localization is a key part of our platform design.
With this latest release, we’re expanding our language support to include Chinese and Japanese, enhancing the localized experience for users across the Employer Portal, Payroll Vendor Portal, and Employee Self-Serve. System-generated content, such as menus, notifications, field names, and workflow steps, is now available in these additional languages, bringing even more flexibility to globally distributed teams.

What’s next?
Chinese and Japanese are the latest additions to our growing list of supported languages. Spanish and several European languages are also in progress, with more to follow. As our customers continue to grow across regions, we remain focused on delivering a truly localized experience.
Built for global teams
Payslip serves a truly global customer base. From regional payroll vendors to global payroll leaders, our platform is designed to unify, simplify, and support every aspect of payroll delivery across borders. This latest release is another marker of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our Global Payroll Control Platform.
