Experienced technology leader joins Payslip to support the company's continued international expansion and AI-powered innovation.
Payslip, the Global Payroll Control Platform helping multinational organizations standardize, automate, and control payroll operations worldwide, today announced the appointment of Declan O'Mahoney as Chairperson.
The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for Payslip, including recent growth financing to accelerate international expansion and product innovation. Today, Payslip automates more than 1.3 million payslips each month, supports payroll operations across 125+ countries, and powers more than €5 billion in global payroll payments through its AI-powered platform.
Declan O'Mahoney brings more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and advising international technology companies. Throughout his career, he has led organizations across software, semiconductors, medtech, and deep technology, helping businesses expand internationally, accelerate commercial growth, and successfully navigate strategic acquisitions. His experience includes the acquisitions of Firecomms by ZJY in China and HeartSine Technologies by Physio-Control, now part of Stryker.
As founder of Maywentee, Declan advises technology companies on growth strategy, governance, profitability, and shareholder value. He also serves as Non-Executive Chair of Equal1, a pioneer in silicon quantum computing, and &Open, the global corporate gifting platform, bringing significant board-level leadership and governance expertise to Payslip.
