A new year has just begun, and the Payslip team is already rolling out some new functionality on the global payroll control platform. This time it comes in the form of a fantastic new feature called the Payroll Integrations Control Centre, which provides you with a mission control view of your live integrations, enabling you to oversee, configure, and run integrations the way you want to.
This is the place where we are going to house a range of exciting new platform developments in 2024. It is where you can manage and configure your integrations whenever you want or need to without assistance. This way you can quickly resolve issues relating to any integrations you have across your country payrolls.
As part of the launch, we are including a really helpful tool that will enable permissioned users to oversee and configure live integrations in real time.

Time management is key for global payroll professionals at multinational companies around the world. We know you want to be in control of your day, so we are providing you with additional tools that help you get things done on your terms. Being able to set up your own pay elements and edit live integrations in real-time can really help keep things moving along in busy day to day payroll delivery. With this new feature, permissioned users can now
- Add a new pay or tax element into any payroll when they need to
- Edit a live integration for current and future payrun changes
- Quickly and easily update integration configurations in real-time
It’s self-serve with you in control and you can edit live integrations as and when you need to and then see it straight away in your current & future payrolls. Any updates you make are then flagged to your ICP so they can adjust their data sets, so your data files are both aligned, avoiding any variances or discrepancies.
You can view your data inputs onscreen and how they map to the ICP GTN file. Then go in and add your new element-give it an exact name and then see what the ICP calls that column in their GTN file, and then map it to that location so there’s a match and no variances pop up. The two elements are paired and saved for future payruns- all elements are now matching meaning all future automatic validations will run without fail.
Result: Empowered payroll processing in action. Better time management, smoother task delivery and more accurate payroll.
