Pre-payroll automation
They really like the fact that it's not just about generic automation, it is purpose-built automation that is all about payroll data. We didn't just create and develop a few automation features and then stop. No, we focused on our core goal which was to automate all of the pre-payroll data needed for global payroll delivery and management. This is really where the pain is for global payroll professionals-gathering, orchestrating and validating all of the data needed for payroll that tends to be held in multiple different sources.
We integrate with all of these sources- local country vendors, HCMS like Workday, payroll calculation software, time and attendance applications as well as finance and ERP systems. This way we gather all of the data from all of the sources needed for payroll via our integrations as a service. Then we automate the flow of this data into the platform so that all pre-payroll data is 100% automated- saving hours and days in every pay cycle, every country.
Fast Reconciliations
Variance checking and reconciling payroll input data is a key pain point we solve that our customers love. Identifying and explaining payroll data variances can be slow& tedious right? So, we created a Reconciliation Report tool which instantly highlights payroll variances. This removes the need for manual file uploads, spreadsheet work or external tools and replaces manual reconciliation with instant visibility into payroll variances.
Flexiform Fix
Those dreaded ADP Flexiforms have been an issue for almost every client we have, and it is a struggle to think of a more unpopular process in payroll delivery! It is just so time- consuming and frustrating and everybody has the same feeling that there simply has to be a better way to do this.
Payslip is that better way. We map the data so it matches all Flexiform formats and then we automate this process so there is no manual data entry work for the client and no file transfer work for ADP either-everybody wins.
Payslip sends the correctly formatted Flexiforms direct to ADP, who in turn, forward to the local vendors. Hours and days of manual work are saved in every payrun. Automated feeds take over so no scope for human error either. Our clients can’t believe how much extra time they have in each pay cycle now to focus on high priority work. They certainly don't miss the excel spreadsheets and who can blame them!
Workday Integrations
Workday is a huge, so it comes as no surprise that many of our clients also use Workday as their HCM. We understand exactly what is involved-the Workday system is a fantastic tool for HR but it was simply not designed for global payroll.
The issue is that not all of the data needed for payroll is located in Workday so the payroll delivery process cannot be managed from Workday alone. Payslip is a Workday partner and fully integrated with this HCM.
