A fantastic opportunity for a highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist with a hands-on style who thrives working in a fast-paced B2B environment. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of the Marketing Strategy of the company and requires someone who can work independently to establish new and refine existing processes. The individual must have previous experience running PPC campaigns, specifically Google Ads. Successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and CEO.


Key Responsibilities:

• Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.)
• Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Look after social media presence across all channels
• Content Marketing, create relevant and interesting blog content
• Distilling thought leadership and publications into bite-size content such as infographics
• Research and apply for relevant industry awards
• Support and implement marketing plan as provided by Chief Marketing Officer
• Ensuring all marketing activities deliver positive ROI through analyzing data and reporting on performance, and where necessary, improving any underperforming campaigns and communications


PPC Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging developing & implementing effective PPC campaigns to hit goals and ROI, both short term and long term
• Managing PPC budgets, while building & strengthening platform accounts & key relationships
• Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to management


Qualification, Experience & Competencies Required:

• Educated to degree level in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Marketing / Digital Marketing/ Direct Marketing Specialist
• Experience in B2B marketing, managing paid campaigns i.e. PPC, Paid Social, and Display.
• Google AdWords Certification is a requirement
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Analytics Certification is a benefit
• Experience in working with WordPress and optimizing landing pages
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as design tools example Canva, video making & editing tools
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Possess a track record of effective delivery, including projects
