POTENTIAL PAYSLIP PLATFORM USERS
Payslip collects information through our website at several points. The information collected when a user signs up for a service or contacts us through a form can include an email address and name plus other contact details.
We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information. We log your IP address, browser’s user agent, and referring address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to identify unique users. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.
We may employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Payslip to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
INFORMATION USAGE
The information collected by Payslip will be used to provide quotations or answer queries as requested initially, some information may be subsequently used to contact the client providing the information. Users who provide information will only receive information and/or services he/she requested.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources. We do not share data with third parties.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Data Collection Purposes
When you apply to a job on this site, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Payslip Ltd. (“Controller”). Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing Payslip’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Such processing is legally permissible under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, which are the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.
Data Transfer
Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Payslip to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller’s behalf. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses.
Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained by Payslip as long as Payslip determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment but no longer than 12 months after the eventual rejection of your application.
Data Subject Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have to right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
