CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
The Chief Technology Officer will provide technical leadership and technical design assurance through product and architecture strategy, new technology development, adoption and procurement, as well as technical leadership on project implementation. This is a senior role, working closely with the CEO and will lead the development and implementation of a progressive, client solution led technology vision for our architecture and platform.
INTERNATIONAL PAYROLL OPERATIONS MANAGER
The International Payroll Operations Manager will lead and own the development, implementation and management of effective and efficient payroll operations for our clients. You will own our Independent Payroll Partner Network, payroll project planning and implementation, manage the client payroll support services team and provide key insights and ideas to product development. S/he will have deep experience in payroll operations, ideally international in nature, good project management and communication skills.
FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient tracking of Payslip accounts, including effective management of Accounts Receivable and Payable, be involved in accounts related work for clients, will contribute as financial subject matter expert on financial matters and product development.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Business Development Manager will work closely with prospective and current clients to secure the optimal Payslip software implementation for our clients. The ideal BDM has worked in a B2B environment offering tech-led solutions for key business processes, has a proactive client solution focus and excellent communication skills.
The Sales Manager will work with prospective and current clients to identify the best Payslip solution to meet their business needs. The Sales Manager will build relationships with key industry partners and identify target clients and build new sales opportunities for Payslip. The ideal Sales Manager has a proven record of selling into multi-national companies, ideally a software solution, is an excellent communicator, proactive action based person and positive thinker.
