Client Operations Specialist

Payslip is a technology company providing market leading cloud-based software solutions to large multi-national companies to manage their international payroll.
Payslip has already established itself as the technology leader and won Silicon Valley tech and EU based clients.
Due to continuing expansion, Payslip is recruiting for a Client Operations Specialist to join our team in Varna.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service
• Data management & analysis
• Data transcription and reformatting
• Proactively propose improvements and optimizations
• Provide feedback on optimizing processes and workflow
• Effective communications with internal teams, management and clients
• Follow guidelines and policies; execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to interact professionally with management and clients
• Ability to multi-task without compromising quality
• Can-do attitude and enthusiasm
• 1+ experience on a similar position
