Payslip is delighted to announce the appointment of Sonia Flynn and Andrew White as part of the HR Tech company’s Board of Directors.
Their appointment to Board of Directors follows on from the €1million investment in the company by Enterprise Ireland and leading Tech investors, Frontline Ventures, Tribal VC and HBAN Bloom Equity & WxNW, in February 2018.

Sonia is well versed in the technology sector having worked with internet technology giants Facebook, Google and Soundcloud. As Managing Director of Facebook's international headquarters in Dublin, Sonia led a team of over 1,000 employees across multiple functions within the company. Prior to this, Sonia spent 5 years at Google where she held several senior management positions in sales and operations as a member of the management team that established Google's EMEA headquarters in Ireland.
Sonia acts as an advisor to TELUS International (a subsidiary of TELUS, a national telecommunications company in Canada) and Voxpro (outsource CX partner to some of the world’s most iconic brands such as Airbnb and Google).
Andrew White, Business Angel at HBAN and Bloom Equity, is a seasoned business leader and technology executive with over 30 years experience helping organizations around the world achieve results by leveraging technology solutions.
During his career, Andrew has gained in-depth experience of all aspects of managing a technology services business at European and global scale. He was a founding shareholder and member of the executive team at Avanade that scaled the business from a start up in 2000 to a $2 billion global technology services company with more than 25,000 professionals by 2015.
Prior to joining Avanade, Andrew worked his way up through the ranks to equity partnership at Accenture, where he held leadership positions in Justice & Public Safety, Business Change and Logistics in addition to his client leadership responsibilities in Consumer Products and Public Service.
