Payslip has enjoyed a phenomenal period of growth in 2021-we have already more than doubled our workforce and 2022 is already shaping up to be a very busy and exciting year. Our recruitment drive is ongoing as we actively seek out the best and brightest in the business to help ensure our global payroll control platform is the technology of choice for global companies looking for growth efficiency.
Last week, we attended a career fair in Varna, Bulgaria to tell people all about our global payroll software, our ambitions in the market and the kind of culture & people they can expect should they choose to join our rapidly growing organization.
We are recruiting across a range of roles in multiple locations but last week the focus last week was on Varna. It’s a wonderful seaside location offering an excellent quality of life and we have recently moved into a fantastic new and modern office.
Several new recruits have already joined the team and this careers fair day was an opportunity for us to engage with lots of talented individuals who are looking to join a fast-paced and exciting organization.

We will continue to recruit in Varna, but we also have open roles in our headquarters in the West of Ireland, Westport as well as Spain. Dublin is another key location and we recently opened a new office in the capital where we have plans to further build out our sales function.
Of course, we recognize that remote working and hybrid working have become the new normal around the world, and this means that suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for our open positions, regardless of their location.
