A digital learning journey at Payslip University
At Payslip, we love watching our customers make progress and we take pride in helping them become comfortable and proficient with the various features of our technology platform.
Global payroll management is an essential and business critical service and delivering it via the Payslip platform is something we consider to be a digital skill. All digital skills should be recognized and rewarded, and we believe the Payslip platform should be no different.
With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the introduction of Payslip University, a digital skills badge certification program that we are rolling out to all users of our platform. We will issue digital badges to platform users at various stages of their digital learning and development. The badges will range from specialist to full platform global leader and will be issued when an individual user has met the criteria for each particular stage of the digital badge program.
The Payslip University program is about rewarding our valuable customers and platform users for taking the time to master all of the tools and features that make Payslip the ideal platform for global payroll management and delivery.
We hope that by the end of 2021, many of the users who operate in our platform on a daily basis will be considered platform experts and issued with the relevant certificates and digital badges. These badges can be shared on social media and are a simple way to remind our customers that everyone at Payslip values their business and we are always here in the background, watching over them as they go from strength to strength in both platform knowledge and their own business success.

At this level, a user has become familiar with the system and is able to use it on a daily basis but still has some learning to do in order to become an experienced user.
This is a level up from specialist and shows that the Payslip system user is now experienced and comfortable using a significant number of platform tools. They are capable of carrying out everyday platform tasks with speed and efficiency.

This is a platform user who demonstrates total proficiency with nearly all of the tools and features on the platform. They work with speed and confidence and clearly know what they’re doing. They can train others and use the tools to strategically meet global payroll goals for their company.
Using Payslip, we can manage all our payrolls across nine in-country vendors on one platform. When the global Covid-19 pandemic arose, it was not an issue from a payroll perspective, and critically getting everyone paid. The Payslip platform enabled continuity for our international payroll service including the fast and seamless implementation of the Payslip Employment Self Service during this time.
